Peter Villa
Peter is a Chartered Accountant, with over twenty years experience as a Senior Manager in the airline industry. He joined British Island Airways as Chief Accountant in 1970, being promoted to Managing Director until the company merged with Air Anglia to form Air UK in 1980. He then became Managing Director of Air UK Ltd and was responsible for the successful integration of the two companies and laid the foundations for what is one of the United Kingdom's leading regional airlines. In 1982 he arranged the management buy out of British Island Airways from Air UK and was responsible for launching the company on the Unlisted Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange. He joined the IBA Group in 1990 as Managing Director and was responsible for the review and development of their aircraft appraisal section. He gained considerable experience in advising airlines in the Caribbean and Central and Eastern European countries. In 1993 he decided to form his own company bringing together a totally professional and dedicated team whose expertise covers all travel-related disciplines.

Paul Villa
Paul has over 21 years experience in the aviation industry, over 10 years of which were spent with Virgin Atlantic Engineering. Before joining Apollo Paul was the Managing Director of Blue Dot Media, where, notably, he worked on media projects for Channel 4, Natwest Bank PLC and Gillette. Paul has been heavily involved in setting up Apollo Aviation Advisory’s CAA/EASA approved maintenance operation based at Shoreham Airport.

Captain Roy Heath
Captain Heath has over 40 years experience in the aviation industry, over 20 years of which was spent as a Captain. Captain Heath has over 9,000 flying hours with over 7,000 in command. He also has served as marketing Director for a regional airline and has fulfilled the role of company secretary for a stock market listed company. Captain Heath has more recently provided consultancy advice to prominent African airlines in areas such as operating safety standards and aircraft acquisitions. Captain Heath speaks French and Arabic.

Steve Westran
Steve is a CAA Licensed Engineer who began working in aviation in 1986 and has since progressed, gaining valuable experience working on both heavy and light aircraft (Airframe and Engines). .

Donna Howe
Until recently, Donna was the Cabin Services Manager of Debonair Airways. She began in the Industry as a Cabin Attendant and progressed through training appointments to Cabin Services Manager of British Island Airways. In addition to these positions, she has been responsible for all aspects of setting up service standards for a number of companies including Airtours International, Debonair and Eurostar. She has also spent a number of years with a specialised marketing company and, combined with her management and marketing skills, this makes her a valuable addition to the team.
